The Founder
Meet Peter
B.S. in Accounting
I'm Peter. Ten years of accounting.
I've run month-end closes for multi-entity developers, managed $3M+ a month in loan draws across active projects, prepared the WIP schedules bankers and bonding companies rely on, and handled AIA billing (G702/G703) the way lenders want it.
Small and mid-size builders rarely have that person in-house — the bookkeeper is underwater, the CPA shows up at tax time. Torveen is the missing layer: controller-level accounting for a flat monthly fee, not a full-time hire.
When you work with Torveen, you work with me.
- Construction loan draws of $3M+ per month across up to four active projects
- WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion reporting for lenders and sureties
- AIA G702/G703 progress billing and lien-waiver coordination
- Month-end close, 1099s, and audit / cost-certification support for a residential developer
Scale
The scale he’s worked at
The size of operation Peter knows how to run accounting for — multi-project, lender-facing, built to hold up when a banker or bonding company asks questions. Torveen brings that same discipline to your books.
Not a small-company-only firm.
Peter has run accounting at both ends — hands-on closes for small, growing builders, and lender-facing reporting inside multi-entity operations drawing millions a month. Small firms get a controller who’s seen where they’re headed; larger firms get one who’s already operated at their size.
