How It Starts

Your first 90 days

A defined onboarding, not an open-ended handover — three months to set up access and systems, fix what needs fixing, and run your first full close.

Month 1

01Access & Systems

Read-only access to your books and project systems. We map your entities, projects, loans, and close process, and set up your stack — Procore, QuickBooks, the rest — so nothing is guessed at.

Month 2

02Takeover & Fixes

We take over the books: cleanup and tie-outs, WIP reconciled to the GL, retainage and loan balances verified — the changes needed so the numbers tie.

Month 3

03We Run the Close

Your first full month-end close, run by Torveen — reconciliations, tie-outs, WIP tied to the jobs, project-level reporting. The rhythm is live.

Once You’re On Board

The rhythm after that

After the first close, the work runs on a steady weekly and monthly rhythm you can plan around.

Every Week

01Weekly Rhythm

Draws, WIP, and billing kept current all week, worked directly in your systems — project numbers never wait for month-end.

  • Draws and billing kept moving
  • WIP updated as job activity happens
  • Worked through Procore / QuickBooks access

Every Month

02Monthly Rhythm

A structured monthly close and a reporting package you can hand your banker — same delivery, every month.

  • WIP reporting
  • Budget-to-actual by project
  • Cash-flow visibility
  • A short owner summary in plain English

Financials delivered by the 10th business day — WIP, budget-to-actual by project, cash flow, and a short owner summary in plain English.
